San Juan del Sur

San Juan del Sur is a paradise for surfers and beach lovers.  Nicaragua’s 300-kilometer Pacific coastline and beaches attract surfers from all over the world. The swells average 4-6 feet, but can often reach 10-15 feet or even bigger. Surf conditions are almost 300 days yearly. 

The best time for surfing is from March to November, but you can still surf even during the winter months from December to February.

In San Juan del Sur, you can choose from a variety of surf spots, while other areas around San Juan can only be accessed by boat. San Juan del Sur and Nicaragua’s coast in general are perfect for those who love swimming, sunbathing, scuba diving, horseback riding, fishing and having fun. And when the sun sets, San Juan del Sur comes alive with its lively nightlife.

Tour Day 1: Transportation from Managua airport to San Juan Del Sur to your selected hotel. Tour around the San Juan del Sur's top sights (mirador del Cristo, Plaza del arte, La flor Natural reserve) Evening relaxing on the beach.
