Carazo and Chacocente

Carazo area is famous for its rich culture, festive celebrations and breathtaking beaches. Endless coffee plantations and cattle operations have transformed the Carazo area into an agricultural powerhouse. Diriamba is legendary for its stunning architecture and for its Güegüense celebrations. Hiking, mountain biking and horse riding are popular in the area. Sea turtle concervations are located in Chacocente and Huehuete beaches. Popular attractions in the region include the Salto de la Culebra waterfall,  and The Eco touristic center La Maquina private reserve.

Tour Day 1. Visit La Maquina private reserve, there you can hike, kayak, bird watch or do canopy tour.  Delicious Lunch on the way back to the hotel.
